Hi guys! I’ve been MIA for too long - things have been crazy over here, but I’m finally sitting down to write this post! Today is all about fitness and what I do weekly to stay toned! I've been wanting to do this post for so long and I hope this motivates you to stay active and put that work in! The last 6 months have been the most consistent I’ve been since high school in terms of working out & eating right. So, I'm ready to share my process and what I love to do daily to stay right & tight!
I never discriminate when it comes to workouts - I like everything from HIIT to weight training to barre and more! Only thing I don't like is the gym - LOL! I always do my workouts at home; over quarantine we created a home gym and it's been amazing! For about 4 months now I’ve been doing Beachbody workouts and I’m loving it! For those of you that don’t know it’s an online workout program and they have all different plans according to your goals! I feel stronger and see a major difference - the MBF and MBFA programs are what I signed up to do specifically. These programs are amazing - It's high energy and constant moving which I love! I don't spend hours doing a workout - I like a quick, 30-40 min, nonstop workout and I'm out! I feel as though I see the quickest results that way. If you’re interested and want more information my girlfriend Kia will hook you up! I will leave all of her information below!
I love HIIT and creating my own workouts! This is all I did before I started Beachbody - I have some high intensity workouts on my IGTV if you want to follow along! Here are some examples of what I usually do when I’m following my own workout plan!

With my own HIIT workouts I typically do them 3 to 4 times a week! When I started Beachbody I did the entire 3 week program which was 7 days a week and I highly recommend starting with something like that to see quick results! It’s a lot - I know, but it’s so worth it if you need a quick reset like I did! Now, I feel confident in my 3 to 4 workouts a week to maintain!
I wanted this post to strictly discuss my workout routine, but I have to mention nutrition because both go hand-in-hand when you want to see real results!
My go to protein shakes are from Isagenix - they are the absolute best tasting with the best nutritional value! I have one after every workout. They have an entire line of Amped products dedicated to people who workout and want results. They have everything from pre and post workout, cleanses, protein bars, and so much more! My mom, Rebecca, is an incredible coach and if you’re interested she can set you up with everything you need! Her wellness information is below!
As far as my other meals go throughout the day, I try to eat very clean Monday through Friday and indulge on the weekends. There must be a balance because I find when I’m too strict I "fall off" much quicker. Having a healthy lifestyle is not only beneficial to your body, but your mind also. Of course there are some weeks that are crazy and I may not be able to workout as much, if at all, and I absolutely notice a difference in my mood and energy levels when that happens - it’s crazy! My best advice when trying to stay consistent is to schedule out your days including your workout. If I see it on paper I make sure I get it done!
So there you have it - my go to workouts & a little nutritional insight! Comment below your favorite types of workouts - I’d to love to try!
